2006 Student Portfolios: The Judges Comment Video Clips: The Nikon-sponsored 2006 SportsShooter.com Student Photographer of the Year was chosen by a panel of judges from the following 12 portfolios. The judges, from Sports Illustrated, were Steve Fine, Director of Photography; Jimmy Colton, Photography Editor; George Washington, Deputy Photo Editor; and David Bergman contributing photographer. Judging was held Friday, February 23, 2007 at the Sports Illustrated office in New York City.
