| Sara Nevis's Message: |
Sara Nevis is a photographer based in Sacramento, California. She is a mother to an energetic 7 year old and Air Force veteran. At 18 she joined the Air Force and became an Air Traffic Controller traveling the world. She has always enjoyed meeting new people and learning about their culture and Italy was an amazing place to do that at 19. After the military she tried a few different career fields trying to find what was fulfilling and enjoyable. She explored photography after helping a friend on photo shoots and realized she truly enjoyed and loved the challenge that each photo shoot brings. She enjoys getting to know her clients and creating a relaxed and fun environment to capture their special moment. She just graduated from Sacramento City College and was the photo editor for the Sac City Express. She plans to continue her education at Sacramento State. She aspires to be a photojournalist focusing on sports and news.
