Many SportsShooter.com members are covering the war in Iraq and the way it affects Americans back home. We would like to salute the hard work of many of our members and direct you to various places where you can see their photographs.

The following is a list of War-related images now posted to the site and elsewhere by our members.

If you spot any others not listed, let us know, and we'll add them to this list. We would like to see this list grow day by day as more of our members fill their galleries with photographs and stories that are war-related that they might be shooting for their newspapers and other clients.

Please let us know when you have changed your gallery and filled it with subject matter that would be appropriate to mention here.

Jack Gruber of USA Today is embedded with the Army 369th Armor Task Force. Jack is sharing a tent with 2 other journalists from Newsweek and ABC Radio and got an army haircut. Jack has also had two Anthrax shots and has been chasing lizards which are about the size of small collies.

Andrew Malana was hard at work on Friday, March 21, 2003 photographing "Shunbun no hi" a Japanese National holiday marking the first day Spring was the setting for the World Peace Now anti-war peace march staging at Shiba Park (Tokyo Tower). 47 Peace and Envirnomental groups coordinated the rally march thru central Tokyo. Organizers say 50,000 participated while Tokyo Police puts the count around 11,000.
