I have encountered no problems with the new "inner" line... however, it was a Bears game, there was not a lot of photogs on the sideline like you would find at the 49ers.
PW's (Photo Weenies) at the Bears are around, but they get out of your way if you make your presence known. Again, lousy team, not a lot of problems.
When Chicago has a crowded sideline, their PR dept gets involved and makes sure PW's or worse stay back behind us. You can stand on the sideline in Chicago, which helps a great deal.
Food: pizza! Don't come hungry! And for those without parking passes.... get there REALLY early, cause they block you in 8 deep if you don't have a pass. A cab to/from the airport may be a good idea.
All in all, Chicago is a pretty good place to work. And when the light is nice.... as they say in Chicago, it's "too much beautiful!" (Ron Vesely's web site: http://www.vesphoto.com)
