Alan Greth was recently named the executive photo editor of the Contra Costa Times, a Knight-Ridder paper in the San Francisco Bay Area. Alan was formerly the DOP at the Alameda Newspaper Group.
Ronnie Riesterer has been named to replace Greth as the director of photography of the ANG (papers include the Oakland Tribune, Fremont Argus and San Mateo Times). Riesterer was promoted from staff photographer.
Pancho Bernasconi (Chicago Tribune) and Beth Keiser (Ap/Chicago) were married last month. (We hear a rain delay of a Cubs game at Wrigley Field that day made several invited guest tardy for the reception festivities.)
