Pictures of the Year International

The 70th Pictures of the Year International has launched its 70th anniversary competition. The “Call for Entries” is now posted on the organization’s revamped POYi website at www.poyi.org with online registration and entry process for preparing images and uploading.
Of particular interest to Sports Shooter members are a couple of the categories that are added every four years: the Summer Olympics and Campaign categories.
Online registration and entry will be open through Wednesday Jan. 16, 2013.
Judging will take place Feb. 5 – 26 at the Missouri School of Journalism. Winners will be announced in all categories on Feb. 27.
