Autograph & Collectible show to benefit Lovero boys
February 7, 2004 event in southern California features Carew, Johnson and others

This special limited-edition photograph of Tony Gwynn, left, and Rod Carew with all 15 of their combined Silver Slugger Awards will be available signed by both of them at the show on February 7, 2004.

An autograph and collectible show to benefit V.J. Lovero's sons John and Jay will take place on Saturday, February 7, 2004 from 9am - 5pm in City of Industry, Calif. (Los Angeles County).
Thanks to the hard organizational work of Hall of Famer Rod Carew and Lou Sauritch and the generosity of Frank Zamarripa for hosting the event at his facility, this wonderful show will help raise money for a special trust fund that has been set up for John and Jay Lovero.

The highlited item of this event is a very special limited-edition photograph of Rod Carew and Tony Gwynn posed for the first time ever together with all 15 of their combined Silver Slugger Award silver bats (Gwynn has 8 and Carew has 7). This portrait was photographed exclusively for this event by Bill Livingston on January 12, 2004. A limited number of these 11 x 14 prints signed by both Carew and Gwynn will be available for purchase at the event or by mail for $150. Jeff Brosnan of Custom Images in Irvine, Calif. has graciously offered to print all of the images free of charge. If you would like one of these special prints and are unable to attend the event please email Lou Sauritch (teetimeforelou@sbcglobal.net) and he will hold one for you and give you further directions on how to make payment. 100 percent of all proceeds will go directly to the "The Lovero Children's Trust 2004". This fund has been set up for the Lovero boys.
If you would like to purchase one of the special prints of Carew and Gwynn please email Lou Sauritch telling him you would like one (teetimeforelou@sbcglobal.net). Then send a money order or cashiers check (no personal checks please) for $156 (includes $6 shipping and handling fee) made out to: "The Lovero Children's Trust 2004". The following athletes are scheduled to appear to sign autographs. Autographs at the show will range in price from $15 to $75 and only cash will be accepted.
