| Michael Chen's Message: |
The Wildlife Center of Silicon Valley is a nonprofit wildlife hospital located in San Jose, California, and is the only wildlife hospital serving Santa Clara County. The center receives over 5500 patients a year and relies on volunteers and donations to rehabilitate injured, orphaned, and sick wild animals with the goal of returning them to the wild.
I currently am the Volunteer & Outreach Coordinator at the Wildlife Center of Silicon Valley, and one of my main responsibilities is making images as a wildlife photojournalist to help raise awareness of the center.
