->> To anyone who has a pro gallery on printroom.com
Do you ever have problems uploading full res images? It won't let me upload anymore and they don't seem to care or even call me back about it. I have two orders outstanding from April 29. Anyone have problems like that or similar to that? |

->> I've never had a problem, although uploading full res images can take a long time.
You may want to try uploading thumbnails only. The system will notify you when it need a full res image. |

->> Todd,
Have you talked to Robert Bardin? If not call and ask for him. Robert will take care of your questions immediately. The PSM has recently been upgraded and should work for you. If PSM is not working for some other reason you can FTP directly or mail in a CD if you have to.
There must be more to your story than Printroom ignoring you. I believe you have not fully described the problem to Printroom.
What size files are you trying to upload. They should be 2~3 MB. The physical limit is 7 MB but that is way more than you need. 2~3 MB will yield excellent 20" x 30" prints.
Call Robert immediately.
Cheers...

->> John-
that is what i do. i just upload the thumbnails and then upload the full res images when they tell me to
Ian-
I have been talking with Jim M and Randy T. Jim said that randy is the man to talk to, but getting him to call me back is like pulling teeth. i tried to email the images but he said he never got them. i just think it is really bad that it has been about two weeks and i can't even get them the images or help getting them the images......thinking about checking into shutterfly.com |

->> Todd,
Again Printroom should be able to sort this one out quickly. In the meantime, what is the exact problem? Are the large files not going through at all? What are the error messages? What are your files sizes and formats? Are you embedding any icc profiles in your images? Are you letting the PSM run to completion or are you aborting the upload because you think it is taking too long? Have you asked for a FTP transfer (Randy is the man to ask)?
Call me, and I'll be glad to step through it with you until you get some success.
Don't give up. Printroom works and you will be happy with the results.
Cheers...

->> Hi Todd -
I constantly have problems uploading thumbnails. It is a painful process but one that I seem to put up with over and over. Randy assures me they are adding more servers and working on the other issues. I am on a mac are you?
Randy's email is Randy@printroom.com. He usually gets back to me pretty quickly. Try emailing him to see if that gets you a response. |

| ->> What I do is load the images in and go to bed....usually by the time I wake up they are all in..The ones that kick out as too big usually are able to be loaded the next morning without a problem...If you sit and wait for them to load it will make you crazy |

->> The first thing to check would be your version of PSM. I had shittons of trouble uploading full sized images when I first started with them but as of version 2.3 (http://www.printroom.com/psm.asp) I haven't had any problems.

| ->> I use them all the time the new PSM Pro works fine. They check SS.com for feed back as well. I talked with them last week and got called back in one hour. give them a call at 1-888-868-4157 main # not the rep line and ask for help. My customers love the prints / service. |

->> thanks everyone for the info.
i am getting the images to upload. i don't know what i did but it is working now. Ian my main problem is that i have an order that was placed on april 29 and i have been calling and calling for help and either they call back hours and hours later and i am no longer home. or, they send me an email later that day that does me no good. i call and leave messages that say call me ASAP. i mean i have left messages like this several times and it takes them forever to get back to me.
anyway, thanks for everyones help
