For some reason FotoStation 4.5 was unable to read the IPTC info in the JPEG Header. I read on the fotoware website that FotoStation can read/write the JPEG header fields and shouldn't have problems reading captions written in Photoshop. The client couldn't read the caption info all (all the fields were blank) Captions were written in photoshop 6.0 and I've never had an issue before. What build (version) are you/they using? Does this only happen with this client? Are you musing a Windows or Mac OS?
