I'm not sure about the new build, but the PC version is considerably slower than the Mac version. Again, I was told this in April, so I'm not sure if there have been any improvements. I love this program for batch captioining and fast editing in Photoshop. I have a 800mhz P-III w/512mb RAM in my Dell laptop, running Win2k.
