Slideshows and projectors.

->> Many of the featured speakers at Luau showed their pictures projected on a big screen. I have a couple of questions: What cord did you use in order to make the laptop get connected to the projector? Would that be the same kind of cord you use if you want to show a presentation on a TV-screen?. And what softwares were used for the slideshows. Powerpoint, Quicktime, Photo Mechanic?

Allot of the LCD projectors have a variety of video inputs. Depending on your laptop, you can connect directly to a VGA monitor connector, composite, and or S-Video inputs.

Personally I made a few slide shows using iView, it’s a pretty intuitive programming considering the price. You can also use PowerPoint, Keynote, QuickTime, Premier, Finial Cut Pro, iMovie…the list goes on.
