->> Leica is also retiring its M7 film camera after 16 years of making it. The camera has an electronic shutter which means it needs a battery. Their MP and M-A mechanical shutter bodies are still alive at $4,700 and $4,800 apiece.
Nikon still has two film cameras -- the F6 for nearly $2,500 and FM10 for $570 which still has a manual film advance lever. |

->> So according to that story, Canon stopped making the EOS 1v in 2010 but will continue to take repair orders through October 2025? That's great, but we can't get our 300/400 2.8IS lenses serviced? |
