Software marketed to remove watermarks

->> Software company openly marks software to remove a photographers watermark.
There are a number of pieces of software out that you can use to remove watermarks if you want to bad enough. But for a software company to openly market a feature to remove them? Can't say I'm shocked now days but I was disappointed to see this.

| ->> Chinese based company, they don't care about U.S. copyright laws. It's only getting easier to rip off the work if it's posted out there. Sucks, but see people on sites like UpWork promoting this same exact service for pennies. |

| ->> Unfortunately the only people who pay attention to watermarks are people who are already ethical. Copy Right exists with or without a watermark. The only sure fire thing you can really do is make sure your online files are small enough to make reproduction all but impossible. I've been seeing this and fought the battle for years when I worked for the paper. It's the "it's on the internet so it's free" mentality. |
