| ->> So about a month ago I had a power surge on my IMAC and my Lexar USB hub reader and it fried both of them. So I have got to replace the reader now, So what is everyone using for CF cards ? I have thought about replacing it back with the USB hub but the price has gone up on them since Lexar announced they were getting out of the business.. Just curious |

| ->> I use Delkin's universal USB-3 card reader that handles CF, SD, micro SD, and multiple memory sticks. I've had zero problems with it where I'm ingesting D810 36-megapixel raw files that are each over 75-megs in size. It costs $30. |

->> Transend's CF (and more) card reader is very good, as is the PixelFlash CF (only) card reader.
In my experience, of course. |

Kingston Digital USB 3.0 Hi-Speed Media Reader (FCR-HS4)
The Transcend one also looks nice. |

| ->> How about CFast readers? We've been really happy with the Lexar Workflow ones but I imaging they'll be going away soon. |
