That's kind of cheesy.
While legally he can do whatever he wants with the stuff because he owns it, the whole "Leading 20th Century Photographers" selection should be donated as a group to a museum for the tax deduction, not auctioned off piece by piece.
I've got a few prints from folks like Halstead, Burnett, etc. and I would never think of selling them. |
