| ->> I was given an Argus C3 that I cleaned up and want to shoot with. Does anyone know where I can pick up a flash bulb for this thing? I'm assuming what type of bulb will dictate the film I'll use, but I don't know where to start. |

| ->> The flash gun I have has more of a screw-in light bulb opening, but those 5Bs look like they have the quarter-turn style connections. I'll take a picture of it when I get home. |

->> IIRC the Argus C3 flash took an M3 or M3B bulb as they were very popular and very "compact" for the time.
The "B" designation meant that the bulb had a blue plastic coating (i.e. daylight balanced) and was designed for color photography.
If you're shooting B&W film you can easily use a non-B (clear) bulb which will also give you about a stop more output.
You might well be surprised how much light a bulb can put out.
This has flash bulbs, even though the instant on music is annoying...
