| ->> Mine went AWOL over the weekend at the UofA game. None in the store. Any chance of getting more in the store? Alternatively I'd like to find out the name of the manufacturer so I can at least replace it with something similar. |

| ->> I've been looking to buy some SS apparel since I became a member - Just about 2 years - And have yet to seen anything available. There was a thread a couple months ago about adding some more merch to the store, I believe. Not sure of the outcome |

->> This should be an easy fix. Heck we could even use the proceeds to do some good...ie donate a portion of the proceeds to a charity. Most here would likely buy a hat or shirt as long as the price wasnt gouging.
Basic Polo Dri Fit Shirt
Basic baseball cap
Basic bucket type hat
Basic Sweatshirt
all of these are available really cheap from a number of suppliers. Add the approp logo's also isnt that much if you have a number of them done sufficient to drive the cost per item down.
If you build it....they will come |

->> Not wanting to seem presumptuous, but I believe that store has opened, closed, had the building demolished and is now a parking lot.
The We that ran the store ten or so years ago was one member, and I suspect it became a bit much to fit in around job and family requirements. Keeping in mind that there isn't a Sports Shooter office, ordering sufficient quantities of merchandise to drop prices means the stuff will wind up in someone's basement or garage and turn their home into a small business - not always popular with the local regulators.
But there may be another opinion... |

| ->> Well if the issue is not wanting to turn one's house into a warehouse, or to buy large quantities of merchandise in advance, maybe the SS logo could be made available to members as a large jpeg. That way members could order shirts/hats/etc at will and Bert et. al. wouldn't have to move to the garment district. |

| ->> Much as I like the idea, Eric, I know I wouldn't entrust *my* logo to other SS.com members and leave it up to them to what they put it on. Don't want you adding it to your thong, for example. |

| ->> There are several virtural stores that will do all the production and shipping if you just set it up and provide the art work, you know kind of like a photo lab makeing all those mousepads and prints (you remember those don't you). It would be an easy fix if producing and fulmilment are issues, places like Cafe Press |

->> Tom is right, there are many stores like Cafe Press, Zazzle, etc..
You can set up the store and select what items that can be purchased. For example, you can eliminate the thongs and underwear as Chuck pointed out. |

->> Perhaps the way to approach it is to set up the products and pricing at the manufacturing source and have the orders accumulated for a set period of time - say one month. You place your order and pay for the product.
The product is then produced and shipped directly to the purchaser. There's more than enough logistical capability in the marketplace to make this happen. Since everyone pays shipping anyway, any markup for the logistics firm is more than countered by the reduced numbers of hands it goes thru (ie manufactuer doesn't have to ship it to Bert and then he has to ship it to you). |

| ->> I'm in for some merch as well. It's as easy as setting up a Cafe Press store. The individual in charge of the store would never have to deal with storing products at all, Cafe Press handles all the shipping and ordering, for a cut o the profits I'm sure. Lets make this happen. If the right person wants to email me I'd be happy to set the store up, it wouldn't take long. |

->> My two cents.
I'd buy a T-shirt first (gray over blue, blue over black/white). Hooded sweatshirt second (zippered over non-zippered, gray over blue, blue over black/white). Hat third, but only if it looked indie enough (i.e. neither a sport hat nor a dad hat). |
