Printroom.com - troubles with orders

->> Has any printroom.com users had issues in the past month with missing uploads for orders ordered from thumbnails?
All appears well when Checking Orders then uploading the fullsize images, but 24 hours later the order status is still "Waiting for Files."
Then I manually go to the orders, get the image numbers and then using PSM, upload the full images. But printroom.com support will say then still say don't have the images and ask for me to email them.
I was happy with printroom until two weeks ago. Support has been less than helpful with this issue.

I have only been associated with them for a short time,but I have been very happy with the support that I have received from them.There was a problem with their server a week,or so,ago,and they were quick to respond to my e-mail. Are you using Internet Explorer to upload your images ?

->> Ken - I'm using printroom.com's ProStudioManager (PSM) since I am uploading about 100-125 thumbnails per event. Using on Windows XP and no problem there - connection and upload confirmations appear during load, butthe fullsize uploads disappear once they reach printroom.com

->> I just upload the whole file in the first place so I don't have to worry about sending the full file later. Regardless, I've only had one 'glitch' with Printroom and they handled it VERY quickly for me. Love 'em. Just zap support an e-mail or call them. they're quick to respond either way.

->> Like David, I do not go the thumbnail only route. I upload everything and the only problem that I have had in over a year is one express shipping problem. They could not tell me where a package was ... and then it showed up about 2 hours too late (not their fault that the package was late, that was UPS).

Luckily, no probs like you have been experiencing.

what do others upload at ?

I crop and color bal and send at 200 dpi-send maybe 35 to 50 per event
any advice?

Printroom, now has a yahoo group, that you might want to join. (select digest otherwise you get lots of email from them)

Some others have noticed this as well, it appears to be the delay from when you upload until their system switches.

I use their software to upload my files, and have noticed that after I upload the files it now takes less time, since others pointed this out.

I have had no problems with print quality, but have had problems with my ISP weeding out their email notification of an order. (Road Runner).
