Mark 4 froze up

->> I have a Mark 4 with issues. Went into custom functions and was setting up the camers and the CF 10 function was switched to (1) Disable - Multi Controll from (0) Normal (Enable). Since this was switched over the top dial and back dial will not change any settings on the camera. It's as if I am frozen in all settings on the camera.
Tried pulling the battery out, tried pulling memory cards out, taking the lens off. Nothing will allow me to go back and get the top dial or back dial to turn and change any settings.
Any ideas? I know the older cameras you could hold down 2-3 buttons and do a camera re-set s there an option for the Mark 4? |

If you move the on / off switch to the second 'on' position you will be able to use the dials and change your settings. |
