->> Just wanted to let you guys know, if you updated your Lightroom (LR) and Photo Mechanic (PM) to the latest versions and you don't have your Star ratings or color ratings passing over like they did before it looks like PM did something.
At first I thought it was LR after I updated there to 3.4.1 so I downgraded to 3.4, and it still didn't matter. My main machine I fully updated, so on my laptop which was running LR 3.2 and PM 4.6.6 I brought a few images in, synced the folder in 3.2 and the stars didn't pass. Re-did them in PM 4.6.6 and re-synced in LR 3.2 and the stars showed up. Same thing in 3.4.1.
So if you are having issues with your ratings passing from PM to LR revert to PM 4.6.6 and you should be good. Hope this helps! |
