Nick, I first saw the image on a facebook post by MSNBC/Today. http://tinyurl.com/3qqgfsh The article has a quote from Jon Timilson's cousin Lisa Pembleton and the credit for the photo shows Lisa Pembleton/Getty Images. So, maybe there were arrangements made to use or buy the photo from her. (And no, I did not mark your post inappropriate.)
