Lab for school photos

->> Well all--we are a sports company with 4 high school athletic programs signed on and now one of the schools wants us to to the fall 'mugs' or the portraits for hundreds of kids.
We already have a lab for the sports products, but the mugs require password galleries for EACH student. Anyone have a lab suggestion that would automate the loading of the galleries and auto generating the passwords ect.
