->> For those of you not from the Raleigh-Durham area, this might not mean much, but Lorenzo was a member of the 1983 North Carolina State team that beat Houston (Phi Slamma Jamma) for the National Championship that year. Lorenzo's roll was the dunk that won the game for the Cinderella Wolfpack.

| ->> Too sad. I remember sitting at my desk at work while stationed in Okinawa listening to the game on the radio while my co-worker tried not to hear the score. Over in Okinawa during that time you had to wait for the video tape get delivered from the Philippines a few hours later, so AFRTS could show the game later that evening to us unfortunate troops. |
