USE OF ENTRY
By submitting an entry, entrant grants One Life Photo and its designees an irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide perpetual license to use the entry and his/her name, city and state of residence for credit purposes in One Life Photo 's online galleries, or any other use on One Life Photo 's website, without further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. In addition, each winner grants to One Life Photo and its designees an irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide perpetual license to use and distribute the entry (as submitted, or as cropped by One Life Photo ), and his/her name, city and state of residence for credit purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter known, for purposes of promotion of the Contest and other One Life Photo contests and/or for purposes of advertising and promoting One Life Photo and, except as otherwise stated herein, without further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. |

| ->> Actually, this doesn't bother me. Sounds intimidating, but permission is for promoting the competition. I have no problem them using the image in connection with the contest. I'm not reading this as granting permission to use it outside the competition. |
