->> I will do that. For half a year.

I have professional equipment, good transport (I will even move to the US), I have nice references and I know my way arond the computer and also Photoshop. But here's the realy great deal for your company.
I do not need the fee of $ 30. I will do it for free. Almost...

I will choose one of the houses I'll photograph and that one will be my fee.

Seems like a nice deal. You will be provided with hundreds of good photo's of the houses you want to sell. It will really be an added value to have good pictures and I'm sure it will boost your sales.

And on top of that I will tell everybody that I realy like the home I live in, you know, the one that you wanted to sell to somebody else. But me telling that your houses are the best will be much better advertising than when you have to sell them online/newspaper.
If you like, we can leave the sign in the frontyard for the period I will take pictures for you. That way everybody can see that it was your house. Think about that, everybody in the world can see that this happy little photgrapher lives in a house that was sold by your company. That's the best way of advertising.

It's a golden deal. Please mail me to sort out the last details.

If my proposal sounds like ****, so is yours

->> I suggest showing them a portfolio of photos of homes best suited for feature in a publication like "Better Shacks & Hovels." Then say that these are the homes you can afford on their pay scale.
