I've been using them for about 2 years now. Fast transfer via FW800 to my MacBook Pro, no file / data corruption issues, and they're very quiet (compared to other external drives that I own from other manufacturers). The WD RAID arrays require proprietary WD hard drives, so you can't switch out the pair easily if you need more space. The drives are also VERY expensive if not under warranty (2x standard drive cost). If you want a RAID 1 array, I'd go for the LaCie 2Big Quadra or a Newer Technology unit from Other World Computing.
