That looks totally legit. I don't think Silicon Film ever really got off the ground, at least I never saw anywhere one could buy it. Plenty of magazine articles back in the day. Not sure what the allure would be now. Actually it seems a lot like Silicon Image, you click on sample images or tech specs and nothing is available.
