The shooter sued and just won. All copies of unsold books and prints must be destroyed including digital files and plates that could be used to create more copies. I have arranged settlements with both entities, but the amount of ignorance that is out there is astounding. One of them said, "Well, we saw them on Google Images, so we thought they were free." These folks think Google Images is a free photo service. So the images we are making for editorial purposes that get used on the internet at websites, they are just Shift-Alt-F4-ing them and using them.
