Inkjet cartridge recycling/reimbursement

| ->> My wife and I have a side business where we print on site, and we rip through Canon inkjet print cartridges. The cheapest place for us to get them is through Amazon, but I've kept all of the old cartridges. I know Staples will give you $2 per cartridge, but they limit it to ten per month, and the $2 savings still doesn't make cartridges any cheaper than Amazon. So does anybody know of a good way to recycle cartridges that gives you a small credit or refund? |

->> I understand your conumdrum. I use Staples, but find their reward system lacking. If you don't open each email you get, you might miss your $2 off refund, and Staples is now going paperless.
Costco just began a program to refill ink cartridges for about one-half. Not sure if the ink is up to snuff though. They do not fill the Photo Cyan or Photo Magenta however.
I did talk to a refiller in the Seattle area several years ago and he was very truthful about the quality of ink he was using versus OEM ink. Not the same, so be careful. |
