The photographer was attempting to bait bighorn sheep to an area that would allow for what the photographer considered to be a better photo. (bighorn sheep in the foreground and a big mountain in the background) A few bighorn sheep have died this year from vehicle collisions. I could be wrong, I am a lot but how much money is to be made on the images of Big Horn sheep. The market looks a little saturated on Bing.
