| ->> Hmmmm. Not sure about the "editing" but the story seems fishy. The billboard in the first photo has rounded corners and the corners in the "after" photo are decidedly NOT rounded. Maybe there's a logical explanation but it seems odd. |

| ->> Ryan, I noticed that as well. Same with the device at the top and the safety rail on the left rather than the right. Chances are it's part of a marketing campaign and since they didn't get "before" shots, they went to another - untouched -billboard and photographed that one. |

| ->> Yeah ... definitely two different billboards ... the situation didn't really become newsworthy until after the fact ... so scouting out a "before" image seems like an industrious motivation, not odd ... |
