Final Cut Express 4 Download (non illegal)

I am currently living in Barranquilla, Colombia and in desperate need to get a hold of a copy of Final Cut Express 4. I cannot find it in a store anywhere here and from what I can find online it is only available in the US as a disc (if it is available online great! I am just an idiot and can't find it) Does anyone know if a place I can download it online (trial type deal) and then just have someone purchase me a copy in the US and send me the serial number via email? I am pretty sure download the program wouldn't be illegal as long as I provided my own legit serial number, so i was hoping for some help. The internet connection at my work here is a pretty consistent 3-4mbps so a download isn't going to be a massive issue with a decent connection on the other end.
