| ->> I have been asked by our women basketball coach to produce action game shots for her seniors and print in a framed poster format, 24 X 36. This is a first for me and would like some advice on a good lab to do the work. Suggestions anyone? |

->> Believe it or not, Costco does an great job for a teeny cost. I didn't believe it either until I saw the result. Not perfect, but for the cost (around $9 for a 20x30, $14 for a "posterboard" product) it was impressive. I don't know if they do a 24x36 but for the money it's worth checking out.
Otherwise, I have long experience with myphotopipe.com and if you want totally high-end quality, they cannot be beat. They have frequent specials on sizes like this. |

->> +1 for ELCO. Costco is good too, but I have heard that the techs that work there and the quality control of the printers can vary store to store. If you go the Costco route, it helps to develop a rapport with the techs who know your work and the quality you come to expect.
Millers, MPIX, and the others that have built a good reputation over the years still do good work, but IMO, they have not met the needs of the budget concerned photographer. |

| ->> I have always been blown away by the quality for the price of Costco prints. They only print up to 20x30, IIRC. |
