->> Upon leaving the Ducks/Cougars game last night, my TT international's retracting handle completely came apart (as did the Cougars game plan :)
Not knowing the warranty, and being over a year old, I was nervous. This moring I sent an inquiry out to TT and got word back this am that a handle repair kit will be in the mail. They opted to fix it also, but I'd have to find a box big enough for the thing.
Awesome and fast service. They're a little spendy, but oh so worth it, esp with this kind of service. Big thanks to Randy at TT! |

->> I met Doug Murdoch, one of the founders and designers of Think Tank early on when they started in business.
We had some good conversations and it was obvious to me that his enthusiasm for the product, the design and service to the industry was very genuine.
Now over the years that they have been in business I have been heartened to see threads and posts like this over and over again.
Think Tank is a success story that deserves to be a success. |

->> They are truly a staple in this business, I am a bag fanatic and definitely have a problem with buying too many bags but man they are some amazing bags and there service is second to none.
Thanks TT |

->> Have a number of their products. Won't buy anything else. My roller got a tare near the handle. They had me ship it back to them so they could fix it. Wasn't a spot they could sew and fix, so a week later came a brand new one to replace the old one.
Who does that anymore! Love it! |

->> I've had nothing but spectacular support from Think Tank. My original v2 roller wore out a wheel. They sent out a free set. Then when I needed to replace the other wheel but couldn't get it off.... they sent out a loaner bag and tried to replace the wheel.
As mentioned in a previous post Locktite isn't always a good thing. TT used blue LT on the wheels and the screw wouldn't budge and stripped out they couldn't get it off either, but true to form they simply sent me a note telling me to keep the pristine loaner that they had sent. Last week I broke the monopod strap..... I WANTED to pay for it, after all I broke it.... nope sent out a freebie strap ....
Met the guys at PDN Expo and a great bunch they are....

->> Eric,
I once LOST a tripod strap to a TT backback. I emailed them, asking for a part number and a price, but they sent one out to me right away, no cost. |

| ->> OK, I'll jump on...I have had my Airport Security for more than 5 years, and TT has replaced the locks twice and the wheels once - all free. It's amazing, and like having a lifetime guarantee. Customer service that absolutely cannot be beat. |

->> The Airport Security™ Rolling Camera Bag has not failed me in four years of use.
I recently purchased an Airport AirStream™ Rolling Camera Bag to carry small portable strobes. I also own the Modular Set™ with the Pro Speed Belt, Airport Check In™, and misc. items.
I love this product so much I created Al's Think Tank Photo Fan Page on Facebook, http://tinyurl.com/4dj2473

| ->> I called them form Springfield, MA a couple of weeks ago because the retractable handle on my Airport Security was a little "Sticky" and tight. When I got home form my trip, a new handle kit was waiting for me in the mail box. Not I have to take the time to take the thing apart to replace the handle. It even comes with a fully illustrated instruction brochure on how to perform the replacement. These guys are great. Thanks Think Tank. |

->> I'll add to the long list of admirers.
My Hydrophobia 300-600 v2 has become faulty after 8 months with the plastic screen on the back coming away from the fabric.
Contacted customer services, sent a few photos of the damage and hey presto they told me to post the damaged one back and they sent me a brand new one.
Excellent customer service. |

| ->> I'll add my kudos for TT ... although I haven't had any problems with their products I use ... they are very well designed, well made and they seem to be more than willing to stand behind what they make ... I just wish their modular belt/harness system had been available a couple of decades back ... my back would feel so much better today if they had ... ;-) |

| ->> I'll jump in too. I started using a Think Tank modular belt system a couple years ago after carrying a Domke bag forever. I will never go back to a shoulder bag again...unless it's from Think Tank. I recently picked up an Airport Security V2.0 and am totally blown away by how much gear I can easily move with it. After reading all of the positive customer support comments on this thread I won't hesitate to buy more from them. Its great to see a company stand 100% behind their products. |
