Triggering cameras with cybersyncs

->> Very doable ... you just need the appropriate sync/pre-trigger cord for your camera to 3.5mm jack for the cybersync ... similar to the cords used for PW's, etc.

If you don't have a camera cord already, flashzebra offers some options that are reasonably priced.

People say the same transmitter can't be used for both the remote camera and the strobes, as the triggered body won't capture the flash lights, so my question is this:

Assuming i use 2 bodies (A and B), 2 strobes and 2 transmitters for each camera. The first transmitter will be on Camera A, and will trigger camera B. The second one will be on camera B and will trigger the strobes. Will the first camera (A) capture the strobes or just the second one (B)?

Though radio signals are extremely fast, there will be a delay in the time from triggering the camera to triggering the flash that can be a hit or miss deal for Camera A missing the sweet spot for the flash duration when triggered by the transmitter on Camera B.

->> I've used my cybersync to trigger a remote camera several times. A lot cheaper than PW, not sure about reliability though. I haven't had any issues, but I haven't used it on the same scale as some people use PWs.

->> I used my Cybersyncs to do this a time or two, but they did not work for continuous shooting - you only got one shot at a time. Fatal flaw IMO.
