Boxing Photos/Documentaries

->> Hey, I'm looking into doing a documentary on a boxer, and I was wondering if anyone has done or seen any photo stories/documentaries on boxers that they could point me to. I've looked at a lot of the back threads here and there are a lot of good tips for shooting fights, but i'm looking for some inspirational images. (Fight shots are easy to come by, I'm looking for a story that has a strong home/personal life emphasis.) Thanks a lot for your help.

->> I actually just watched two really good documentaries a few days ago.

The first one was "The Last Round: Chuvalo vs Ali" which looks at events leading up to Canadian boxer George Chuvalo's fight with Muhammad Ali. I thought it was very well done by the CBC.

The other one was "Facing Ali" which looks at ten great boxers and their matches with Muhammad Ali through the years.

Both were well done and did a nice job combining archive footage with modern interviews.
