Data plans need to condense any suggestions??

Since the ability to tether your iPhone now for internet access on your laptop has come out I am in a jam.
Before you were able to use your iPhone I needed a way to get Internet access on the road so I went with Verizon for $59.99 a month for up to 5gb, I thought it was unlimited but they say no!, anyway I then purchase the iPhone tethering for an extra I think $15 a month for up to 2 g, now I have an iPad and my iPhone will not tether it unless I jailbreak the iPad which I do not want to do.
So I have $59.99 a month
I have $15.00 a month
And the iPad 3G at $15.00 a month
Something has to go.
Any suggestions take into consideration speeds and reliability.

->> If you're up for jailbreaking your iPhone, just do the jailbreak then use MyWi to tether.
With the iPad, either upgrade when the new ones come or switch to a wifi model now. |
