They were quite professional and friendly. After a canceled flight and a second lap through security I had to share this video. Bert humanizes TSA in the midst of the privacy/security debate. I've always wanted to go to Memphis. I'm a huge Elvis fan. I've never had a really bad TSA experience that obviously many others have.
