I've never had to deal with CS, but I usually buy from them or Adorama or KEH.
Everything has been shipping on time, etc. |

The reason I had store credit is the first time they shipped the wrong item! There just does not seem to be any customer service left in this world. When you do get someone one that will help you - you always remember because it is so rare! |

There's a old saying in business : There's only three factors : There's price, there's quality and there's service. As a consumer, you pick two of the three when you buy something.
In the future, do more business with SS.com sponsors. You may pay a small amount more (many times you don't) but you'll get the service and quality professionals need.
And it's worth every bit you pay for it. |

->> All of the major houses for photo/computer related do make mistakes. You can't do that kind of volume without a mistake occasionally.
I've dealt with B&H and Adorama for 20-25 years ... so long I can't remember when I started ... I know it was long before the advent of the internet ... never had a problem from either that wasn't resolved amicably ... While both are great vendors, neither has the market covered on the absence of mistakes or the "best" CS ... just be patient and work with the vendor ... it will all work out ... |
