->> This coming Wednesday (12/1) there will be a documentray show on Ovation (Directv channel 274) called "Close up; Photographers at Work". The description on the Ovation website says: "In this Ovation TV original special, acclaimed photographers Albert Maysles, Sylvia Plachy, Andrew Moore and Timothy Greenfield-Sanders discuss the impact their work has on their lives and on culture as a whole."
I set my DVR for 6am (pacific). It'll show again at 10am and 2pm same day.
Should be interesting! |

->> They have snippets of the show on the website http://www.ovationtv.com/programs/191-close-up but I'm afraid that's the best I can do. Of course, you can email them to see if they can send you a DVD...
"Satellite AMC 10 Transponder 8 Type C-Band Receiver Cisco 9858-1", This is the satellite feed info. |

->> Jamey,
Your laptop will let you switch it up to five times before it makes you choose a format (which was great because when I got my laptop I could watch all my UK DVDs but I had to switch it to NTSC in the end)

| ->> Interesting; I brought some of my NTSC DVDs to Austria with me last year and had no problem watching them on a German brand DVD player. The latest players must be able to play both formats. |
