->> We are shopping for health insurance and I want to hear some suggestions from people in the photo industry. Who do you use? What type of plans, etc...?
The whole process gives me a headache. But I want to be a well informed consumer. We are looking at the Blue Cross Blue Shield plan 514 and 515.
We also looked at an HSA from United Health.
Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks. |

->> I am from Vermont and I applied for insurance through the state and I have a great plan. So I am not sure if you can get it through your state. The plan that i have also includes dental. Which is nice. I have had to use my health insurance to its fullest in the past two months, because I tore my ACL in the end of August and surgery was six weeks ago. They are great and very affordable.
The plan that I have is Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont: Catamount Blue
The most out of pocket that I have to pay a year is $800 and they take of the rest.
Any questions feel free to shoot. |

->> If you're a member of NPPA, you could also consider the plans they offer. Not perfect, but an option worth exploring:
