If not PhotoShelter I'm open to other options...
Thanks in advance!

->> Give them your password. That will get it done.
Of course, there's some security risks involved, obviously ;)
You might want to post this into the Photoshelter Community forum and see if there's a "sandbox" option where you can assign certain users certain privileges for certain galleries or images, or if they can make one quickly–there's group accounts, and I don't know if all group members are alway on equal footing, so that's something you might be able to capitalize on. There've been times when I could have used this feature, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. |

->> how about open a second (free 10gig?) photoshelter account.
Give the client your password and after they caption the images transfer them to your real photshelter ccount?
If this would be accepted by phpotoshelter? |

I'm not sure how I'd (easily) transfer them to my account. I have about (300) 4-7MB files... |

->> Allen...so the FTP process would all be contained within PhotoShelter?
Would me and the client have to share any passwords and stuff? The client could actually use a PhotoShelter account so this could be a good selling point for them.
Should I call PhotoShelter support for these questions?
