Serious kudos to Adorama

->> My new Mark IV refurb died in its fifth assignment last week, a victim of the dreaded Err 20 Disease. Don't send flowers.
I e-mailed Jeff Snyder, who talked with Jack Gold and immediately agreed to exchange it for a new one. Jacob Zakon quickly sent me a return label and I shipped it out Saturday.
I got an assignment Tuesday to shoot soccer this Friday. I called Jacob to ask if he could expedite the exchange. This morning, he e-mailed to say it's on its way and I'll have it in time.
I don't offer praise easily, but this customer service went above and beyond the call. I know others here have good things to say about the other sponsors, but my experience with Adorama has made me a very loyal customer. When you find a company that treats you this well, why bother going anywhere else? |
