For what it's worth though, they're all writers. I don't think the company is hiring staff photographers but rather relying on freelancers who have their own camera gear. Basically everyone working for Patch takes pictures, writes, and some even do video. I worked with the sports editor before so he's having me just shoot photos, and I want to say there might be another person or two that only shoots for them. As far as rights to photos go, I can ever remember the time frame, but I believe its no longer then 90-days they hold the rights to your photos then you can do whatever you want with them.  This post is:  Informative (0) | Funny (0) | Huh?
