| ->> A while back someone had posted a collection of before and after pictures of marathon runners. Does anyone remember who that was? I have a friend running her first this weekend and want to share it with her. Thanks! |

| ->> Where is your friend running? If it's Columbus she's in for a great race, well organized. I'm running the half there Sunday morning, ran the full marathon last year. |

->> Just to be totally clear, Tom's project is about Ultrathoners–super long distance races.
And this weekend Tom is running in another one of these. From the time you wake tomorrow 'til about midafternoon Sunday, Tom and many others will be running, running, running, running, running, running through the woods of western Pennsylvania... http://www.oilcreek100.org/
Best of luck, Tom! |

->> Jack, my friend definitely won't be running that long! I just though she'd like to see the pictures.
Mark, She'll be in Indy. Good luck on your race Sunday.
And what an interesting concept. There are lots of before and after type pictures out there. Before and after major weight loss, empty lot to complete building... But what about the more short-term things like Tom did. How does a person look when they start the day before work vs when they get home? A college kid at the start of Friday night vs the end of the night? Interesting possibilities.
And good luck, Tom! |
