I agree, sleep lots until you get there. Last year as an assistant, I got nearly zero sleep. I'm shooting this year, and I know I won't get any sleep.

->> Spring for a hotel with a good bed. If you're spending long days working and depending on short nights for rest, it only makes sense to get the best rest you can. It's hard to make great pictures when you're fighting your body.

->> It is in Elizabethtown about 30 miles or so from Louisville I'm told.

I'm heading down there on Sunday to be a coach for people that signed up for multimedia storytelling.

People have said such great things about the Mountain workshop experience and looking forward to being a part of it :-)
