->> I think it is so easy to get used to hearing all the negative things about certain companies but i wanted to take a second to say something great about ttp.
A couple weeks ago i had someone lift my locks for my airport security v2. I emailed today to see if i could find those locks or buy another set. Within 10 minutes i got a response from them asking for my shipping address and they would send out a replacement set at no cost. I know it is well known but their customer service rocks!
I just think it is refreshing to see this from a company that sponsors this site and tries to help out our industry by making our job easier. |

| ->> Let me second the props to Think Tank for great customer service. A while back I lost the 600 extension for the hydrophobia rain cover, and e-mailed to see if it was possible to purchase just the extension. Customer service responded quickly via e-mail, and mailed me a replacement at no charge. |

->> I too emailed them on how to purchase new wheels for my security roller and they responded the same day asking for my shipping address so they could send me a new set of wheels at no charge.
Great customer service. I received the package promptly with easy instructions and tools for install.
Just wanted to let them know we notice and appreciate it. |

| ->> Seeing as I'm still giddy I'll post my praise here too..... Last week I sent in my Airport Security v2 roller back to Think Tank because a wheel needed to be changed out but the screw head had stripped..... Long story short they sent out a loaner and offered to repair my bag. Yesterday Chris at TT emailed me to let me know that they couldn't fix the wheel and that I could just keep the loaner as a replacement. Their service is 5 stars ! |

| ->> Fortunately, I have not had the need for CS from TT ... but I wish they had started making their modular system and harness 25 years ago ... my back would be so much better if they had ... :-) ... definitely some of the best made gear out there ... and they continue to listen to feed back to offer improvements, modifications and new products that are well made, reasonably priced and very durable ... I too am a happy customer ... |

| ->> Also had a problem with the wheel treads stripping away. They sent me a new wheel kit at no charge and it was an upgraded set of wheels. |
