| ->> Just saw this HBO doc that Entourage's Adrian Grenier did about a 14 year old paparazzo in Los Angeles. Fascinating. Well worth seeing if you get the chance. |

->> What bothered me was the kid was buying and using better equipment than most pro shooters! LOL
Was a great little documentary. Ashame he's wasting his talent. Did anyone see his other work he was showing? |

->> I watched it late last night on demand. Interesting deal. I remember photographing Lance Armstrong during his Ride for the Roses in Austin. I was the extra shooter for his official photographer. I watched in awe that during the dinner no less than 50 people stood around with their phones and point and shoot cameras just to grab a photo of him eating with the Discovery Channel riders. I can't imagine a lifestyle where you can't hardly go outside without that sort of madness.
I enjoyed seeing the behind the scenes portions in NYC with the magazines who buy those images as well. |

It would appear that the kid has been a bit spoiled by his mother.
What bothered me was seeing him say that John Filo's Pulitzer Prize winning photo shot at Kent State was boring... |

->> Do those magazines really pay $500 to $1,000 per image like they said in the film?
If so why aren't we all in that business? (He asked, only half joking.) |
