Bert and JY went through a lot to get these interviews and USAT's Director of Video Steve Elfers did a really nice job on the edit--so nice you don't even notice it. All the actors were asked one simple question: "what gives you confidence?" I think that is the best part of that particular "Voices" feature...the reaction, facial expressions and the range of answers ... was the key. I'm assuming they had no idea what kind of question they'd be asked? I think if they had canned responses waiting, it would have turned out very blah, but the slight personal touch of having to stop and think about it made a big difference. Thanks for sharing.
